When Reggie, a naïve, optimistic Border Terrier, is abandoned by his lowlife owner, Reggie is certain that it was an accident. But after Reggie falls in with Bug, a foul-mouthed stray who loves his freedom and believes that owners are for suckers, Reggie begins to see his owner for the sleazeball that he is.
