Providing a host of services for people and harbouring astonishing amounts of biodiversity, the Aravali hill ranges are beautiful, rugged and unforgiving all in the same breath...in the present day, they run from Gujarat state in the South all the way upto New Delhi- the Indian capital to the North, before eventually terminating on the Yamuna river within the city precincts.
